Identity lookup API

You can now look up an identity directly through the API instead of only receiving one back from otp/verify. GET /v1/identity/:id fetches by identity id, and GET /v1/identity?phone=... fetches by phone number, both returning the identity’s id, creation time, and linked factors. Like identity deletion, lookup is off by default per project — opt in from the new Identity settings card in your dashboard.
