Failed deliveries page — see every OTP that completely failed to deliver in the last 7 days, across all your projects, in one place. Open it from the new Failed deliveries card on the Usage page.
Usage page refresh — summary cards now match the dashboard overview (OTPs sent and delivery rate for the selected range, plus estimated runway); the 1-day filter has been removed in favor of 3d/7d.
Dashboard overview — Account balance now shows your combined wallet + credits total; the daily session counters have been replaced with OTPs sent and delivery rate for today.
